Espresso
The small, strong Italian coffee, drunk very quickly (and therefore called espresso) is known all over the world. For Italians it is the right way to finish a good dinner - almost like a ritual. In our Enoteca we have chosen an Arabic blend, which is made in a roastery
directly in Florence. Our espresso machine of 1960 turns the espresso into a real (aromatic) dream. Not only the coffee beans are defining the taste, but also the type of water used for the preparation, the degree of grinding and the speed of the boiling water pressed through the coffee powder. |
