More than 10 years ago we started with a pizzicheria (meat and sausage specialties) in the actual rooms of the Enoteca. Very soon we decided to open an Enoteca due to our love of wine and culinary enjoyments. We have expanded our knowledge in many seminaries and wine-tastings. We owe most of our recipes to our "Nonna" (the best cook in the world). In the course of the years we have refined the traditional recipes with different changes and have brought other suggestions and ideas from France and Switzerland. Today we are proud to have this exclusive and extraordinary restaurant. 1999 we were admitted to the Guide Michelin.
